1. Who processes your data

The data controller is DRAGON STUDIO SRL, 31 August 1989 St 98, MD-2004, Chișinău, Moldova. For any question about your data, write to dragoshphoto@gmail.com.

We process personal data in line with Law No. 133/2011 on the protection of personal data of the Republic of Moldova.

2. What we collect

The contact details you enter when booking: your name, phone number and email address.

Booking details: the studio, day, time, length, amount, payment method and status, and the language you booked in.

A technical cookie that remembers the language you chose on the site. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

We do not collect card details. MIA payments happen in your banking app; we only see whether the payment has arrived.

3. Why we use it

To record and confirm your booking, send you the confirmation email and payment details, contact you if something changes, and for our accounting records.

We do not send you ads or newsletters and we never sell your data.

4. Legal basis

The consent you give by ticking the box in the booking form, and carrying out the booking you asked for. Without this data we cannot process the booking.

5. Who has access

Only Studio 98 managers and the technical providers that keep us running: website hosting, the database (Supabase) and email delivery (Resend). They process the data only on our behalf and may store it on servers outside the Republic of Moldova.

6. How long we keep it

We keep booking data for as long as the booking needs it, and then for as long as accounting law requires. Bookings whose MIA payment or advance never arrived are deleted automatically after 24 hours.

7. Your rights

You can ask at any time to see the data we hold about you, to correct or delete it, object to its processing or withdraw your consent, by writing to dragoshphoto@gmail.com.

If you want to make a complaint, you can contact the National Center for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Moldova (datepersonale.md).

8. Security

Data is sent encrypted (HTTPS), and the admin panel is password-protected and available only to the Studio 98 team.
