1. Who we are

This website and the STUDIO 98 studios are run by DRAGON STUDIO SRL, 31 August 1989 St 98, MD-2004, Chișinău, Moldova ("Studio 98", "we"). You can write to us any time at dragoshphoto@gmail.com.

By making a booking on the site, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms and conditions, the House rules, the Cancellation policy and the Privacy policy.

2. What we offer

We rent out two spaces by the hour for photo and video shoots, productions, small events and other creative projects: Production Studio and The Apartment. Each studio's hourly price is shown on the site and in the booking form, in Moldovan lei (MDL).

The studios can be booked every day between 08:00 and 22:00, at least 2 hours ahead and at most 120 days in advance.

A booked hour means 55 minutes of work and 5 minutes to clear the studio. For several consecutive hours, the 5 minutes apply only at the end.

3. How booking works

You choose the studio, the day and the time, then enter your name, phone and email. One booking covers a single day; for several days, make separate bookings.

Once submitted, you receive an email confirmation with all the details. You are responsible for entering correct details. If you book on behalf of a company or another person, you confirm that you are entitled to do so.

4. Payment

Via MIA (Plăți Instant): pay in full from your banking app by scanning the QR code or opening the MIA link. Your slot is held for 24 hours. If the payment does not arrive within that time, the booking is cancelled automatically and the slot is released.

At the studio: pay on the day of the session, including by card at our POS terminal. For more than 2 hours in one day, the booking is confirmed after a 50% advance via MIA, with the rest paid at the studio. The advance must arrive within 24 hours, otherwise the booking is cancelled automatically.

We do not collect or store card details on the site; card payments happen only at the studio, by POS terminal. Extra services (for example using the bathtub in The Apartment) are agreed with the manager and paid separately.

5. Cancellation and rescheduling

Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds follow the Cancellation policy.

6. Using the space

The House rules apply in the studio, and you accept them with every booking. You are responsible for the people you bring (crew, models, guests) and for any damage to the space, furniture or equipment; repair or replacement is paid by you.

We may ask to end the session if the house rules are seriously broken or if the safety of people or the space is put at risk.

7. Photos and content

The photos and material you create during your booking belong to you. You are responsible for getting the consent of the people you photograph or film.

8. Liability

We are not responsible for equipment, materials or personal belongings brought into the studio. If we cannot provide the studio for reasons on our side (for example a breakdown), we will let you know as soon as possible and offer you a new date or a full refund of the amount paid.

9. Your personal data

To manage your booking, we process your name, phone and email as described in the Privacy policy. We ask for your explicit consent to this with every booking; without it the booking cannot be sent.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. Existing bookings remain subject to the version in force on the date they were made. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova.
