House rules

1. 1.

   Length of a studio hour

   A booked hour means 55 minutes of work and 5 minutes to clear the studio. For multi-hour bookings, the 5 minutes apply only at the end (for example, 10:00–12:55).

2. 2.

   Punctuality

   We start and finish at the booked time. Time lost to a late arrival can't be made up, and the session can't be extended.

3. 3.

   Payment

   Pay via MIA (Plăți Instant) or at the studio. If you choose to pay at the studio for more than 2 hours a day, the booking is confirmed after a 50% deposit via MIA; the rest is paid at the studio.

4. 4.

   Cancellation and rescheduling

   Cancelling at least 5 days ahead is fully refunded. With less than 5 days to go, you can reschedule for free with at least 24 hours' notice. Changes and cancellations on the day of the booking are not refunded.

5. 5.

   Footwear

   Entry only with clean indoor shoes or shoe covers. Outdoor shoes are not allowed.

6. 6.

   Pets

   Welcome, as long as you let the administrator know in advance.

7. 7.

   Smoking and alcohol

   Smoking, vaping and alcohol are not allowed in either studio.

8. 8.

   Glitter, confetti and fine particles

   Not allowed in The Apartment (sand included). Allowed in Production Studio.

9. 9.

   Using the bathtub

   The bathtub in The Apartment may be used only with the administrator's consent, for an extra fee (water, cleaning, upkeep).

10. 10.

    Furniture, decor and equipment

    Please don't move furniture, decor or objects without the administrator's consent. Any damage is paid for by the client (repair or replacement).

11. 11.

    When you leave

    Leave the studio as you found it and tell the administrator about any damage or problem.
